I have had some great experiences in the ocean here in New York this winter, with both good waves and sightings of game birds which I have never seen. Out in Montauk there are numerous species of waterfowl (sea ducks and eiders) and at times the birds are diving and feeding in the surf. Next year I plan on heading out with Brian from The Swampers, www.theswampers.com to actually hunt some of these birds.
